My name is Paulette Le Pore Motzko and I am a freelance writer, researcher and editor who can help you with your specific administrative needs.   I am the “inspired one” behind the PC that I use to accomplish a variety of tasks with. Between the internet and the researching skills I possess, combined with my writing skills; I can help you or your company achieve what you are looking for.

I type between 60-80 w.p.m., depending on the type of document I'm creating. I will do on call Administrative Assistant jobs such as data entry on spread sheets. I will also type most written manuscripts or edit typed ones, including editing more than punctuation and typos if you'd like. I will then, give you a quote and before you know it, we can view my contract, which protects YOU and ME and then-the job will be in progress and DONE RIGHT!

Also, if you are an engineer, doctor, scientist, or burgeoning author who needs someone to research a topic or topics for you, then ask me. That is what makes My Totally Inspired PC so unique because I fill a variety of clerical, proofing, and writing needs.

Please tell me what you want done and when you want it done by, and we'll be off and running.  I expect ½ of the total amount of the project in advance, and then you can pay the rest upon completion.

I like to work with clients who are in the Orange County, Los Angeles and Riverside areas. Basically, as long as YOU and I can decide on a place to meet that will work for US-I will do the work for you!

My office is my laptop, and since I have broadband I can work anywhere or meet you somewhere to talk about your project.  So, if you would like to meet and talk about something you or your company or non-profit would like done.  You can either email me or call me at my cell phone/pager.

I will WRITE your RESUME and COVER LETTER for only $100 total costs.

We can meet and talk in more depth about what your career goals are and job objectives so I can then Integrate them within what will be your new resume. I began writing resumes because after looking at the job markets and industries I found that people couldn’t afford the resume writers who charge over $200 per resume.

THERE ARE MANY WHO ARE CHANGING THEIR JOBS AND "RE-INVENTING" THEMSELVES, SO TO SPEAK. I can create your first resume or update your existing one.

 I do not do people's homework as I have integrity and besides that would be called plagiarism. I also don't fill other people's jobs without getting paid their salaries! It seems odd to have to say these things, but I've been proposed some pretty interesting things!

 I can arrange to meet  you at your convenience to talk about the project at hand and discuss how many pages are involved and when you would like it completed. It helps me to get to know YOU the person, and what you want in more detail-SO I CAN GIVE YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU AND YOUR COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR.  I WANT TO HIT THE “BULL’S EYE” AND CREATE EXACTLY WHAT YOU, MY CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR.

My job is to make you look good on paper!

1. Resumes- A lot of people are re-inventing themselves, so to speak.  After teaching piano at all levels for 20 years I found myself in an economy that couldn’t support the arts as it once did. Since I am on my own now I began formulating My Totally Inspired PC based on what the needs were, and how to fill them effectively.  I really truly love what I do and I am constantly learning from learn from each new client I serve.

2. Editing- I edit and proof various Documents on MS Office 07 and others on Word, Excel, Power Point and so on.

3. Power Point Presentations-I will help create a winning presentation for your Non-Profit or Small Company. We can meet to talk about what you want the presentation to accomplish, who the audience will be, and so on.

4. Book Manuscripts to Books in Print-I will help you organize your material as to get the Table of Contents in order, the indexing and so on as well as feedback concerning the content of the book.

NOTE: I can be hired as a Contributing Writer, Editor, Researcher or all the above. The rates would depend on how long I would have to research the project, and how much time I need to invest to see that your dream becomes a reality! Also, when you want this project completed will factor into the price of the total job. I was married to a rocket scientist for 15 years and I feel at home working with engineers, scientists and possibility thinking people. I love people who want to contribute something to society and leave a legacy when they are no longer here. That is of the mentality that I am.

 5. Digital Audio Transcription servcies-if you have a digital audio file you can simply email it to me at TotallyInspiredPC@gmail.com and I can translate it for you. Email me and tell me when you want it back and that will determine what you pay as well as the length of the audio file.

6.  Data Entry or Typist Positions-I do short term or long term data entry and I also type most documents as long as the original is legible.

7. Web Development/Creation-I can help give your company or non-profit a place on the net-I can create a presence for yourself on the net and find customers that you would not have found otherwise. I also can create various marketing tools for your company from car magnets, digital business cards, and calendar/business card combos.
